Eaauctions.com.au Essendon Airport Auctions Pty Ltd warn buyers that all plant offered for sale at Auction may not be fit for use in a workplace. It is the buyers/users responsibility to ensure that it is brought to a state necessary to comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and is fit for purpose. The cost and responsibility for all aspects of asset removal lies with the buyer. All work carried out by the buyer or his/her agent must be in accordance with relevant site and/or industry conditions as well as to the instructions of Essendon Airport Auctions staff and our vendor.

Persons under the age of 15 years of age will not be permitted on site unless accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times

It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors register attendance and comply with any directions given by Eaauctions.com.au staff or representatives

Transport

Eaauctions has an extensive network of Transport operators with Trucks, Low Loaders and Tilt Trays that travel throughout Australia. Our clients can take advantage of this, buyers may avoid a sale if delivery options are not available as they consider it to be too complicated and involved.

Transport Costs

The cost of collecting the unit from our consigning vendors (Seller) is not included in the price and is deducted from the settlement amount. Transport is charged from time of arrival at required location until time of return to the Facility at Tullamarine Victoria. EAA co-ordinates movements and transport bookings should you wish, our National Rates have been negotiated with the approved and recomended transport suppliers. All Transport is charged at standard EAA rates and delays for collection of goods apply as well as for oversize or over dimensional loads.
